Paula Sanz is a Spanish DJ and producer based in Milan. From a young age, she experimented with the rhythm of drums and singing, eventually finding her roots in the techno scene. Her style blends old-school and contemporary elements, drawing inspiration from Detroit and mixing hypnotic, groovy techno, with the aim of taking the audience on an immersive journey from darkness to light. Her journey began with a residency at Rocket Club in Milan, which quickly led her to play in the main room at Tempio del Futuro Perduto, where she became a resident. From there, she performed on stages across Europe, continuing to spread her musical vision. In late 2023, Paula co-founded Dropzi Records with Sole Dosi: a label, podcast, and event series created to push the boundaries between fantasy and groove techno. In a short time, they’ve curated events with high-level artists, collaborated with exclusive labels, and secured a residency for the 2024/2025 season at Tempio del Futuro Perduto, one of Milan’s key clubs. Paula combines music and fashion into a sensual and bold aesthetic, creating a mood that makes every musical experience even more intense.
