Ornette Hawkins - Fantom EP

Fantom is Ornette Hawking's latest EP on Beat Machine Records in 2021,

reminiscent the early 90’s UK scene and simultaneously moving forward.

​

The whole concept is related to the missing, or "phantom", fundamental", a specific auditory illusion of pitch perception.

This bring us to design a real-time audio frequencies visualization

based cover, coming with a making-of process video.

The real-time audio visualization was achieved through a patch developed with Touchdesigner.

In this way we obtained an image on which to work and build the graphics to create the cover artwork.
