Slow Times is a project centered on presence and deep listening through slowness—giving oneself time, dedicating it intentionally. The duo, Lottimedita & Loopolim, consists of a meditation teacher and a doctor, both multi-instrumentalists and music therapists, passionate about self-inquiry processes, especially through sound. Fascinated by ancient and ritualistic music, natural sounds, noise, and looping, they live surrounded by instruments and machines, blending acoustic, analog, and digital elements in their performances. Their sound drifts between ambient and downtempo, infused with a mystical, dreamlike touch, drawing the listener into immersive live improvisations.
